Branch Manager checks repayment capacity, scoring, file consistency, then forwards up the hierarchy.
Depending on the amount, Regional Manager or CEO approves or rejects. Hierarchical workflow traced in audit log.
Disbursement recorded, repayment schedule auto-generated. Pre-due notifications and automatic receipts after each payment.

PAR 30/60/90 days continuously computed, automatic alerts on delays, drill-down by branch and officer.
Hierarchy CEO → Regional Manager → Branch Manager → Supervisor → Officer, with visibility adapted to each level.
