    Borrower signs up via portal or mobile app. Dual OTP SMS + Email, no password needed.

  2. Step 2Borrower

    KYC completion

    5-step form: personal info, professional info, ID card front/back, selfie. Consent validated via OTP before submission.

  3. Step 3Officer

    KYC validation by officer

    Officer compares selfie and ID remotely from their desk, can request additions or reject with reason.

  4. Step 4Borrower

    Loan application

    Borrower submits application (product, amount, term). Real-time simulator, draftable, 10-min submission.

  5. Step 5Branch Manager

    Branch Manager review

    Branch Manager checks repayment capacity, scoring, file consistency, then forwards up the hierarchy.

  6. Step 6CEO

    Regional / CEO approval

    Depending on the amount, Regional Manager or CEO approves or rejects. Hierarchical workflow traced in audit log.

    Disbursement and tracking

    Disbursement recorded, repayment schedule auto-generated. Pre-due notifications and automatic receipts after each payment.
